  • My office is located at 180 Bridle Path Lane in New Canaan, CT where I offer in person therapy. I also see clients online throughout  NY & CT. 

  • Online therapy sessions are conducted over Zoom, a secure HIPAA-compliant platform that helps ensure your privacy. In the event of tech issues, online appointments can be continued over the phone. 

  • Yes, sessions are offered in person at my office address 180 Bridle Path Lane, New Canaan, CT. In the event you are not able to make it to my office we can switch to an online session to ensure continuity of care.

  • The first session is an intake session whereby I will be asking you guided questions that will help me get to know you and learn what is bringing you into therapy. We will also use a collaborative process to determine the goals you want to achieve during our work together

  • It varies per person. Many of my clients see significant progress anywhere from 6-12 months and other clients choose to integrate therapy as a regular part of their life. During the first several sessions we will explore the challenges that bring you into therapy as well as define your goals. We will then construct a plan to help you achieve those goals.

  • I am In Network with Aetna, however, most of my patients now choose to utilize my services with private pay, or as an out-of-network provider.

    My fees are $200 for individuals and $250 for couples. 

    Some insurance plans will reimburse your costs. This is known as being an “out of network" provider.” I will provide you with a Super Bill, and you can send the Super Bill to the insurance agency to be reimbursed for a percentage of the services. Please contact your insurance to learn more.

    Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I take that investment very seriously .I continuously am doing various trainings to enhance my skill set, and will always respect your time and individuality.

    I am also a Spring Health Provider.

  • Cancellations must me made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments or sessions must be paid in full. Exceptions made for emergency situations.
