We’ll start by exploring your experiences - your patterns, your fears, your hopes. We’ll examine how past relationships, or cultural messages might be influencing how you date today. From there, I’ll help you develop clearer boundaries, understand red flags, and feel more grounded in your interactions.
Whether you’re looking for long-term partnership or exploring casual dating, we’ll work together to help you feel more confident about your choices. I can also help you manage the emotional ups and downs that come with dating - like ghosting, rejection, or ambiguity - so they don’t erode your sense of self-worth.
